2014 LA Writes Winners Announced!

LA Writes! is proud to announce this year’s winners. Each of these students will be honored at an awards ceremony at the State Museum at 9:00 AM on Nov. 1st, 2014. The ceremony will open the Louisiana Book Festival. Author judges, Ava Leavell Haymon, Genero Ky Ly Smith, and Ann Dobie will present the awards. Lt. Governor Jay Dardenne will speak. Teachers and families of winners are encouraged to attend.
